Is PR0PER available today?
Not yet. PR0PER is currently in validation and active development. Early-access registration is helping us confirm demand, prioritize the initial product set, and decide what should move into full public release first.
What happens if enough people do not sign up?
We are not interested in shipping software simply because we can. PR0PER will move toward a broader public release only if early-access demand shows that agents and brokers genuinely want it. If validation is weak, we may delay, materially change, narrow, or discontinue the project.
How much will PR0PER cost?
Pricing is still being tested. The current direction is a higher upfront perpetual-use license for core software rather than another mandatory monthly subscription. Final pricing, upgrade terms, and any optional recurring services have not yet been set.
What will be included in the first release?
The initial feature set is still being prioritized through validation. Areas under consideration include CRM, websites and CMS, CMA, market intelligence, automation, property media, virtual staging, documents, transactions, and related agent operations. Not every capability shown or discussed is guaranteed to ship in the first release.
What does “perpetual-use” actually mean?
The intent is simple: when you purchase core PR0PER software, continued use of that purchased software should not depend on paying us forever. Services with ongoing external costs, such as cloud sync, hosted infrastructure, third-party data, AI usage, or future major upgrades, may be offered separately or carry optional recurring or usage-based fees.
Will my data be mine?
That is a core product principle. PR0PER is being designed around data portability, user control, and local-first operation where practical. The exact storage, sync, and export model is still being finalized as the product architecture develops.
What does joining early access commit me to?
Nothing financially. Joining early access registers your interest and gives the founding team permission to contact you about validation, product development, private previews, pricing research, and release access. There is no purchase obligation at this stage.
What do early-access members get?
Early-access members may be invited into product interviews, prototype reviews, private previews, pricing validation, and first-release access. Participation will help determine which parts of PR0PER are built first and how the final offering is packaged.
PR0PER is currently in validation and active development. Product scope, features, pricing, licensing terms, and release timing may change based on early-access demand and product research. Public release is not guaranteed.
